This smaller room is an ideal space to hire in Lewes for art  workshops and sessions. It is similar in size to the Studio and maybe adapted to suit almost any purpose. With availability of the business fibre broadband your artwork maybe uploaded, downloaded and edited with ease if “digital” is your thing. From a practical perspective, this room can easily accommodate up to sixteen people. 

Light is plentiful coming from an easterly direction

The room is 6.8m x 5m, with a total area of 34m2 or 22ft x 16.5ft = 363ft2

Maximum Capacity = 25 people
